ViM Trapper

Ranger/Warrior

Expertise: 11 (10+1)
Wilderness Survival: 16 (12+4)
Tactics: 8

- Resurrection Signet ()
- Serpent's Quickness (Wilderness Survival)
- Flame Trap (Wilderness Survival)
- Dust Trap (Wilderness Survival)
- Barbed Trap (Wilderness Survival)
- Healing Spring (Wilderness Survival)
- "Shields Up!" (Tactics)
- "Victory Is Mine!" [Elite] (Tactics)

This is just an example, sometimes the skills and attributes are slightly different. I'd say this was pretty standard though.

Wouldn't they use evade/block stances so they can actually use traps and take less damage...

Whirling Defence would probably work well, yes. I don't doubt they would have at least one with Shields Up though, against ranger spike and barrage. Like I said, that build was just an example.

i take shield stance + shield , out goes res sig ( YUP ) for dryder's defenses

you can solo most CA groups that way..so no need for rse sig

Also, most ViM trap groups run under QZ.
So i'd have to go:
4 traps
vim
whirling defence
rez sig
utility slot: qz on 2, maybe winnowing, and speed boosts/extra healing are plusses.

healing sprin is classed as a trap as well if thats what he meant, if not, you are right
